Event Tickets

Each Event Ticket purchase allows for the entry of one adult. Event Tickets include a buffet style dinner & dessert, one bar drink (soda, wine, well, & domestic beer) and coffee & tea. Cash Bar after drink ticket redeemed. Event Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. 

 Costumes & Attire

Derby attire is encouraged but not required. Costume contest includes: Best Hat, Best Dressed, Best Dressed Couple.

 Bidding

Upon check-in each Event Ticket holder will be given an Auction Bidding Number which can be found on the back of their program. All silent and live auction bidding will be done using the assigned Bidding Number. 

 Golden Ticket Raffle

Golden Tickets are limited to one per Event Ticket. Only 50 tickets are available for sale.

Those who have purchased a Golden Ticket Raffle ticket are responsible to acquaint themselves with the Live Auction items upon arrival to the event. The drawing will be held just before the Live Auction and the winner will be afforded 5 minutes to make their choice.

 Lucky Envelopes

Available for $20 each Lucky Envelope contains a gift card, service or item. All items are worth at least $15 with several worth over $50. 

 Bottle Pull

Choose a cork from the bin and win the bottle with the corresponding number. Several bottles are worth more than $50. Corks are $20 each.

 Horse Race

$1 per "bet" allows you to vote for the Race Horse whose name you like the best. Each horse is named by a CRES staff member!

 Paddle Raise

Raise your Bidder Number and donate to the general PFA fund.
